During the 25-minute Centering Prayer practice, you will take practice surrendering engagement with thoughts and sensations, returning to your own chosen "Sacred Word" when noticing you're engaged.

Although Centering Prayer is promoted as a Christian-based practice, the practice itself is spiritually universal.

After the Centering Prayer practice, the group will also hold space for members to personally check in, and receive support from the group, to help facilitate building friendship.
