Ladies and gentlemen,

We are partying again! and starting the Christmas season off early. The NIVC Christmas Party is at Abington Bowls Club 1st Friday in December.
With finances tight for most, the IVC Christmas Party is your bargain of the year! For the same price as last year you get a glass of fizz or orange juice on arrival, a 2 course meal with cheese and biscuits, **live music** provided by **The GUNSLINGERS**. All in a private venue, easy parking and all for the sum of £18 for memberss and £25 for non members.
We are the only people who will be at the venue. so no sharing with unknowns. The venue has two rooms - the function room and bar, so that you can catch up with friends while the band are playing.

Timings are:-
7:00 Doors open for the extravaganza
7:30 Sit down for dinner
9:00 Band The amazing Gunslingers
11:30 band end
11:50 Tidy up and out of the bowls club.

Please dress to impress, no jeans or tee shirts please.
Parking is on the road outside the club, there isn't a car park.
If you have requests for music, please let us know in advance so we can arrange the playlist and accommodate as far as the repertoire permits.
The bowls club have a bar (buy your own drinks at a very reasonable price).
We will have exclusive use, enough space to spread out, so no worries about about other groups. Max capacity is 60, so please come along and invite your friends

Please pay the IVC bank account, as per your fees (bank transfer to TSB sort code: 30-97-20 account: 20865560, name "Northants IVC"), and drop a message to Debbie B and/or James B to say you have paid. (so we can match names to bank account details!)
RSVP as soon as you can please, no later than 24th November so we can confirm catering numbers.
Please pay ASAP, but no later than the 29th November please.

Start at 7:00 through to 11:30pm and a bit. We need to tidy and be out like Cinderella (midnight.)
