We will meet at the entrance gate at 08:00 and the hike will start promptly at 08:10. Remember to bring along some drinking water 💦 and to wear sun protection 🧴🧢

Tickets can be purchased online at webtickets or by card payment at the entrance gate. Please note they do not accept cash.

Trail info
The trail is 3.9 km with a moderate level of difficulty (may include some steep climbs) and takes around 2.5 hours to complete.

The natural vegetation of the area is known as the 'Rocky Highveld Grassland' and consists of a mosaic of grassland and savanna, with dense bush in kloofs and along streams. The variety of habitats accommodates over 600 naturally occurring plant species.

A breeding pair of majestic Verreaux's Eagles nest on the cliffs alongside the waterfall.
