While the event varies each Sunday, activities may include: grounding, check in, gratitude practice, cacao/tea/water blessing, connecting to the four elements, tapping into our higher selves and channeling a supportive message to share with the group, reflection, and sharing.

Please bring:
~a beverage to bless (water, cacao, herbal tea, etc.)
~writing materials (pen & paper)
~your grounded presence

You are welcome to prepare your space to make a nourishing environment for yourself in any way that you like! (Think candles, cleansing your space via smoke or sound, etc.)

Welcome to Soulful Sunday! I am so happy that you have found your way here, I hope you will join us for one of our virtual discovery circles. This is an event for spiritual seekers who wish to connect and share with like-minded people.
Each circle is different as this is a co-creative space but we typically start with a brief check-in, then we do a grounding meditation and water blessing. After this we will choose a topic or journal and this discuss what we have written or practiced channeling.
