We like to get together each year before Christmas. Last year we had a lovely time at Patterdale youth hostel and several folks have asked if we're doing it again. Patterdale is no longer being rented out, but Helvellyn hostel is available. It's an amazing spot, a mile up a concrete surfaced track above Glenridding on Ullswater. I can get a 25% discount which should bring the price to \*I think\* £50 per person for the Fri & Sat nights if we get 24 people. Please have a look at

Hoping to get lots of interest and to have a fun weekend like last year only with better weather. Helvellyn is an obvious target from the door otherwise there's Red Tarn, Sheffield Pike and lots of other options...
