Starting at Spelga Carpark, we make our way toward Slievenamisken, before ascending Cock Mountain then turning towards hen and making our way back towards the ulsterway to return to the cars

Essential Equipment: Headtorch, Waterproofs, warm Layers, Hiking boots, Rucksack and packed Lunch.
Recommend Equipment: Gloves, thermos with hot drink, walking pole.
