• The location of the class is at North Lonsdale United Church in Upper Lonsdale. 3380 Lonsdale Avenue, North Vancouver, V7N 3K2 (above the Highway) and right across the street from a Bus Stop (On Osborne).
• Status of Class: This class will be open to everyone and all levels.
• Type of Class: In-Person Only. No Zoom.
• Ample free parking available. See Map for directions and parking options.
• Starts: September 12th - December 5th, 2024 - 1.5 hours each. Split into 1 hour of Tai Chi, with a short chit chat/water break, and then 15-20+ minutes of relaxing Health Qigong. Get the best of both!
• Time: 9:00am-10:30am. Doors to the Church open at 8:45am
