We’ll take the train downtown and walk to Michigan Ave and walk down to the Water Tower and then back on the other side of the street. We’ll stop and have dinner somewhere along the way (if you know of a good place let me know). I did this before covid, and we had a great time!!! (we stopped at the Christkindlmarket that time and it was a mad house, so we’re not going to do that this time, if your interested in that I recommend you go there during the week). I can’t predict the weather but cold and snow make Christmas in Chicago, so dress warm bring water and don’t wimp out because of the weather is seasonably Chicago, which most of us grew up with.
Last time people wanted to go thru some stores, if people want to do that this year, we’ll do the same – and decide we’ll meet back at xx at what time we agree too.
We’re taking the train from Arl. Hts. – train #714 at 12:32pm, we will get downtown at 1:23pm. You can get on the train at any other station that close to you, just make sure it the same train #714.
