Park Run - Long Eaton

We've switched our Saturday mornings walk, to a 9am Park Run followed by coffee at a nearby place. We'll switch between the different park run locations as the weeks pass.

We're at West Park, Long Eaton this week. We'll meet in front of the Leisure Centre at 8.45am and the run starts at 9am.

(If you still want to walk, you can join us for our new Sunday walks😊)

Feel free to come any week you like (No pressure. No judgement. Just movement and good vibes). Alternatively, you can come around 10am and join us for a drink after.

This is an ongoing weekly event so feel free to join one week or as many as you like😁😁.
