Voy! Voy! Voy! at The Carousel, Nottingham

This is the first offering from new Nottingham pop-up cinema group Rambling Cinema, who aim to prove that foreign-language films can be just as accessible, fun and exciting as their English counterparts. Whether it's French The Substance, Egyptian Dodgeball, Indonesian Dredd or Bhutanese The Thick Of It, you can get all the humour, action or horror of a Hollywood production while visiting a new part of the world and seeing life through someone else's eyes.

Voy! Voy! Voy! is the incredible true story of a man who faked blindness to swindle his way into the Egyptian blind football team, following his dream to immigrate to Europe. As his lies stack up, he gradually realises he might not even be the most dishonest man on the team.

A dark sports comedy with surprising heart about the desperation of migration: Dodgeball meets Catch Me If You Can.
