But with a proposed 10% cut to park funding this year, the Park Authority is at risk of losing its ability to adequately steward our forest canopy, keep our nature centers open, and so much more.

Join us over Zoom on Tuesday, November 19th at 7:00 PM ET to write to your Fairfax County Board of Supervisors and County Executive asking that the Fairfax County Park Authority funding not be cut in the upcoming FY26 proposed budget. We will guide you through sharing your story and advocating for park resources at risk of being cut.
