Are you a wine and spirit enthusiast looking to expand your friend circle, or just wanting to find something fun to do? Look no further than NOVA Weekend Wino's! ALL types of alcohol will be celebrated here. Why limit ourselves to only one? It is our goal to visit every winery, distillery and brewery in the NOVA area so that we can find the best! Come help us with our research. This group is suitable for ALL mature adults over 21. We are lively, welcoming and most of all FUN! In all that we do, we are next level.
If you would like to plan your own event, or have event suggestions...bring it on. While we are mostly a weekend group, occasionally we will meet during the week. Here are the type of activities you can expect here:

NOTE: While we are not suggesting any of us be actual "wino's", we are encouraging a fun, open-minded environment where we can responsibly enjoy a glass or two where all the good stuff is discussed! If you know anything about Susan T. or her previous groups, you know that open, honest communication is at the center of everything she does.
IMPORTANT: There is a fee of $15 annually after a 60 day trial. This encourages an engaged and active community who share in the responsibility of keeping our events fun and drama free. Most events will be small and intimate so that we can forge meaningful relationships.
Let it be clearly stated...you will be removed if you disrespect ANYONE, or if you have more than 3 No-Shows, or do not fit into our kind and welcoming group.

Who is up for a beautiful relaxing day visiting some of the finest Loudoun County wines? For this trip we will be on The Piedmont Journey, visiting Casanel Vineyards and Winery, Firefly Cellars, and Fleetwood Farm Winery. As a special bonus, Firefly is hosting their Holiday Market during our visit! Each winery provides some sort of discount or extra. Firefly Cellars for instance provides 10% off all bottle purchases and gives us a welcome pour upon arrival. You will be able to purchase food at one or all wineries listed.
While the tour will not be exclusively our group, Christian from Vineyard Voyages has put together a curated 7-8 hour tour with a discount code just for NOVA's WEEKEND WINO'S to save us $5 per person. They have two pickup points.
- Metro DC: West Falls Church Metro Kiss & Ride lot, 7040 Haycock Rd, Falls Church, VA 2204, a convenient Metro ride or drive from points near DC with free parking on weekends & holidays.
- Departure is at 10am, and you will arrive back around 6pm.
- Leesburg VA (in Loudoun County), we pick up at Market Station near Neighbors: A Local Market, 110 South St SE, Leesburg, VA 20175, conveniently located in the heart of Leesburg.
- Departure is at 11:15am, and you will arrive back around 5:15pm.
