You will gonna fly to 10,000 fts & jump from Standalone aircraft in India Cessna 171

### Who Attends the Event?

1. Candidate must be at least 18 years of age.
2. Strictly prohibited patients with epilepsy, heart problems, bone injuries/medical conditions or acute asthma, high blood pressure, fear of height, or if you are pregnant.
3. Tandem skydive has a Maximum weight of 90kgs. Maximum Body mass Index (BMI) 33.95
4. Medical fitness certificate form a certified Doctor for the activity is required.

### Inclusion:-

1. Before Jump Briefing/Training.
2. Videography & Photography.
3. Merchandise.
4. All type of permissions.

### Exclusion:-

• Any type of expenses which are not related with this activity.

### Refund Policy:-

1. Cancellation 30 days & more before the jump One time Reschedule is free, Booking amount will be granted.
2. Cancellation 14 to 30 days before the jump Rescheduling will cost INR 2,500 + GST, 50% amount of Total Jump cost will be granted.
3. Cancellation 07 to 14 days before the jump Rescheduling will cost INR 3,500 + GST, 25% amount of Total Jump cost will be granted.
4. Cancellation 00 to 07 days before the jump Rescheduling will cost INR 5,000 + GST, No Refund will be granted.
5. No Refund for No Show.

### Other Mandatory Instruction:-

1. For your safety and comfort, please ensure you wear comfortable clothing ( track lower or loose jeans T-Shirt) and sports shoes.
2. Medical Certificate to be submitted at the time of Jump & also email it on [email protected]
3. Declaration & Disclaimer Form – will be provided post enrollment.
4. One Government ID card is mandatory (Xerox & Original Both)
