Deepening your personal practice of Self-care to develop 3 areas of a foundational practice: Study~Meditation~Service. Created for anyone that seeks to reduce stress and find ways to effectively cope during times of challenge and beyond to create a life of greater peace and harmony. This trail series will devote time to teaching directives, deepening or establishing yoga as a personal practice, meditation as it relates to a personal spiritual path and exercises to use for experiential and individual application into unique life circumstances.
