Hello! I'm Damira Kengeszhankyzy, a dedicated nutrition and wellness coach with a passion for helping individuals achieve their weight loss and health goals through mindful eating and healthy lifestyle choices. With a background in nutrition and a holistic approach to wellness, I create comprehensive, easy-to-follow programs that empower my clients to make lasting changes.

I specialize in understanding the digestive system, managing insulin and leptin resistance, and utilizing the glycemic index for balanced meals. My programs also incorporate principles of mindful eating, efficient meal prep strategies, and personalized recipes to make healthy eating accessible and enjoyable.

In addition to nutrition, my weight loss programs include physical activity recommendations and guidance on macronutrients, micronutrients, and hydration. I also provide personalized support through detailed client intake and psychological assessments to ensure each individual's unique needs are met.
