What we’re about
This is a group for those who want to take some time out to deeply reconnect with themselves. We will be gathering together in a ceremonial space - singing, drumming and bringing in practices to open up our chakras and breathing. You will be able to choose from a wide range of drums made of horse, goat, buffalo, cow, stag and Finnish reindeer. We have rattles and a Native American flute. The drum, the rattle and the flute help to connect us to the three shamanic worlds - the higher world, our own world and the lower world.
We will be incorporating practices from both the Inca and Toltec traditions. You are more than welcome to bring songs and techniques that resonate from your own traditions too!
