Hey everyone. I’m leading an even this time. I did some digging and I found out the local AMC 16 in Schereville is doing limited showings for “My Neighbor Totoro”. It’s a Ghibli movie and I don’t know how many of you have seen it (I haven’t) but I thought it’d be something different. I’ll put in the address below. Remember: it’s the AMC 16, not 12. For some reason they’re like right next to each other.
One more thing: I have this currently set to Dec 7 at 3pm. That’s a Japanese showing with subtitles. I’m not sure how people feel about that so I want to give a couple of choices with this. There’s another showing on the 9th at 7pm, also in Japanese. If you want to see it in English, there’s a showing on the 8th at 3pm. If you prefer to see it in English or the 7pm showing in Japanese works better for you, leave a comment. Depending on how many sign up and leave a comment, we’ll change when we see the movie. Have this done before Thanksgiving as I feel like this is a movie where you’re better off buying tickets in advance. Otherwise, it’ll be on the 7th. Of course, you have to buy your tickets!
It’s also ok if you’re like 5 minutes late or so. You know they show movie trailers for like 10 minutes before it starts and it’s always obnoxious.
