LODGING
We will be staying in a charming condo (5 mins walk to Clocktower), with 4 bedrooms, 8 beds (3 king beds , 5 single beds), a beige sectional sofa, 4 baths, a living room and a kitchen. We will max out at 12 people. The house is 5 mins walk to Okemo Resort.
Features: Indoor wooden burning fireplace, balcony, BBQ grill, free WiFi, TVs, kitchen, dish washer, microwave, coffee maker, washer, dryer.
Essentials: Hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, soap, towels, bed sheets, and toilet paper.

LIFT TICKETS
* Get Epic Local Pass for $746 (www.epicpass.com), or Epic Day Pass $170 (2 Days, with "32 RESORTS" and "NO HOLIDAYS" options). The pass price will go up few times throughout the summer/fall.

T RIP PLAN
Depart Date: December 6th, 2024 Friday. Please arrive 15 minutes earlier. Bus/Van will depart sharply on time with or without you.
Depart 4:00 PM from Queens: (Across street from Sheraton LaGuardia East Hotel) 135-20 39th Ave, Flushing, NY 11354 (Map). Subway lines (Main St-Flushing): 7.
Depart 5:00 PM from NYC: (ViVi Bubble Tea/formerly Fresh 2 Go) Corner of 43rd St and 9th Ave New York, NY 10036 (Map) Subway lines (Times Sq-42 St): A, C, E, 1, 2, 3, 7, N, Q, R, S.
Depart 6:00 PM from NJ: (NJ Transit Ramsey Route 17) 1 Spring St, Ramsey, NJ 07446 (Map) ) $2 to $4 daily parking at the station's park lot. Meet at the pick-up/drop-off area (indoor) in the back of the parking garage (This is different from previous seasons as it is more convenient & safer to pick-up/drop-off indoor)
Return: Depart from Okemo at 3:30 pm on Sunday December 8th and expect to arrive at NJ at 9:00 pm, midtown NYC around 9:30 pm & Queens at 10:00 pm

COST (LODGING & TRANSPORTATION)
Early Birds: $299 per person for first 6 spots or before 9/15 whichever comes first. Regular: $339 per person for last 6 spots. $30 per person upgrading from shared queen bed to own single bed.
Trip Includes: 2 nights shared accommodation with a shared queen bed or own single bed with $30 upgrade) at a charming farmhouse. Round trip transportation from NYC area & tolls, daily transportation between the house & ski resort, & parking fee if any. $10 tips for the van driver is required & will be collected on the returning trip. Lift tickets are not provided with this trip; everyone should get Epic Local Pass or Epic Pass.

REFUND POLICY:
* Full refund minus $50 processing fee if cancelled 60 days in advance;
* 50% refund if cancelled 30 days in advance;
* No refund for cancellation or no show within 30 days; however, spots can be transferred to your friends with $50 processing fee.
