LODGING
We will be staying in a big house near Stowe Resort, 7 bedrooms, 1 mudroom, 8 beds (2 king beds, 4 queen/double beds , 2 single beds), 3 couches, 5.5 baths, 1 new full kitchen, and 1 living room. We will max out at 14 people. The house is 20 minutes to Stowe Resort.
Features: Mountain view, garden view, fire pit, BBQ grill, patio, indoor fireplace, dedicated workspace, free Wifi, TV with standard cable, microwave, coffee maker, hot water kettle, dishwasher, washer, and dryer.
Essentials: Shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer, soap, towels, bed sheets, and toilet paper.

LIFT TICKETS
* Get Epic Local Pass for $746 (www.epicpass.com), or Epic Day Pass $247 (3 Days, with "32 RESORTS" and "NO HOLIDAYS" options). The pass price will go up few times throughout the summer/fall.

TRIP PLAN
Depart Date: December 20th, 2024 Friday. Please arrive 15 minutes earlier. Bus/Van will depart sharply on time with or without you.
Depart 4:00 PM from Queens: (Across street from Sheraton LaGuardia East Hotel) 135-20 39th Ave, Flushing, NY 11354 (Map). Subway lines (Main St-Flushing): 7.
Depart 5:00 PM from NYC: (ViVi Bubble Tea/formerly Fresh 2 Go) Corner of 43rd St and 9th Ave New York, NY 10036 (Map) Subway lines (Times Sq-42 St): A, C, E, 1, 2, 3, 7, N, Q, R, S.
Depart 6:00 PM from NJ: (NJ Transit Ramsey Route 17) 1 Spring St, Ramsey, NJ 07446 (Map) $4 to $5 daily parking at the station's park lot. Meet at the big open space facing the garage entrance.
Return Date/Time: Depart from Stowe on Monday at 3:30 PM and expect to arrive at NJ at 10 PM, NYC at 10:30 PM & Queens at 11:00 PM

COST (LODGING & TRANSPORTATION)
Early Birds: $459 per person with a shared bed for first 7 spots or before 9/1 whichever comes first. Regular: $499 per person with a shared bed for last 7 spots. Own bed upgrade from the shared bed is $30 extra.
Trip Includes: 3 nights shared accommodation with a sharing a queen/full bed at a big vacation house in Stowe. Round trip transportation from NYC area & tolls, daily transportation between the house & ski resort, & parking fee if any. $10 tips for the van driver is required & will be collected on the returning trip. Trip goers will need to provide their own lift tickets, for example, by getting Epic Pass or Epic Local Pass.

* Full refund minus $50 processing fee if cancelled 60 days in advance;
* 50% refund if cancelled 30 days in advance;
* No refund for cancellation or no show within 30 days; however, spots can be transferred to your friends with $50 processing fee.
