HUNTER MOUNTAIN
This season, for Mountains belong to Epic Pass, Hunter, Mount Snow, Okemo & Stowe, everyone needs to buy lift tickets by buying Epic Pass or Epic Day Pass at discount (https://www.epicpass.com) before they stop selling sometime in early December. Based on the past experience, be sure to get the Pass or Day Pass within the first week of December to be safe.
We will return to our favor mountain - Hunter Mountain. It is closer, and has more and better trails. TRIP PLAN
Date: Listed above. Please arrive 15 minutes earlier. Van will depart sharply on time with or without you.
Depart 6:00 AM from Queens: (Across street from Sheraton LaGuardia East Hotel) 135-20 39th Ave, Flushing, NY 11354 (Map). Subway lines (Main St-Flushing): 7.
Depart 6:30 AM from NYC: (Vivi Bubble Tea) Northwest corner of 43rd St and 9th Ave New York, NY 10036 (Map) Subway lines (Times Sq-42 St): A, C, E, 1, 2, 3, 7, N, Q, R, S.
Depart 7:10 AM from NJ: (NJ Transit Ramsey Route 17) 1 Spring St, Ramsey, NJ 07446 (Map) $2 daily parking at the station's parking lot. (New this season) Meet at the waiting area inside the garage near the restrooms.
Return: Depart from Hunter at 4:15 PM and expect to arrive at NJ at 6:45 PM, NYC at 7:30 PM & Queens at 8:00 PM.

COST
Round trip transportation $69. We offer $20 discount within a week of posting this trip.
Lift Ticket: Use your Epic Pass (https://www.epicpass.com), Epic Local pass, Epic Day Pass (cheapest if you only go 1 day), or buy lift ticket directly from Hunter Mountain website (https://www.huntermtn.com/plan-your-trip/lift-access/tickets.aspx/)
Additional Cost: Ski Rental Package (includes skis, boots, poles & helmet) and Snowboard Rental Package (includes snowboard, boots & helmet) can be booked online in advance at https://www.huntermtn.com/ $3 cash service fee is required & will be collected on the returning trip.

* Full refund minus $20 processing fee if cancelled 7 days in advance.

2. KNOWINGLY AND FREELY ASSUME ALL SUCH RISKS, both known and unknown, EVEN IF ARISING FROM THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASES or others, and assume full responsibility for my participation; and,
3. Willingly agree to comply with the stated and customary terms and conditions for participation; and,
4. Event participant, HEREBY RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS NY Ski & Snowboard Club their officers, officials, agents, and/or employees, other participants, sponsoring agencies, sponsors, advertisers, and if applicable, owners and lessors of premises used to conduct the event, WITH RESPECT TO ANY AND ALL INJURY, DISABILITY, DEATH, or loss or damage to person or property, WHETHER ARISING FROM THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASEES OR OTHERWISE, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
