Mount Tammany via Red Dot and Blue Dot Loop Trail is an incredible way to experience the stunning landscapes of the Delaware Water Gap in New Jersey. Mount Tammany's summit is with panoramic views over the Delaware River. The climb to Mount Tammany's summit is short but steep and includes rocky scrambles.
Length: 4 miles
Difficulty: Challenging. Some sections are very steep and rocky.
Elevation Gain: 1200+ feet.
Pace: Moderate steady ~2.0 mph, may not be suitable for fast hikers. We will take a break to enjoy the view and have lunch at the summit.

Red Dot Trail: Steep and rocky ascent. Offers stunning viewpoints overlooking the Delaware River, especially at the summit. Be prepared for a rigorous climb with uneven terrain.
To Blue Dot Trail: Gradual and more forgiving descent. Winds through a serene forested area with a different perspective of the landscape.
Highlights: Gorgeous views of the Delaware Water Gap and surrounding mountains. Varied Terrains such as rocky climbs, forest trails, and scenic overlooks.
