Join NYG for a refreshing hour to lift your spirits during the midweek slump! Join us from home, work, your car, or a scenic spot! We’ll start with a calming 15-minute meditation—sometimes guided, sometimes a peaceful moment of silence. Feel free to bring your fur-friends and your favorite drink! Afterward, share something that brought you joy this week, whether it’s a personal story, a funny cat meme, or a simple moment of happiness. Having your camera off is okay but, consider having it on, smiles are contagious! Let’s connect, inspire one another, and spread some positivity together!
