Hikes on Oahu typically twice a month. Hikes are usually 2-5 hours long at a 2-3 MPH pace with breaks about every hour. This hiking group is intended for individuals wanting to challenge themselves and burn a significant amount of calories. Each person is encouraged to assess their own fitness level before joining a hike.

Participation is strictly voluntarily so you are at your own risk. Hike leaders or any fellow members are not held responsible for any injuries that may occur on the hikes Each attendee is responsible for his/her own water, sunscreen, safety, well-being and snacks. As always, we do our best to ensure a safe, fun and exciting environment for everyone so please do your best to offer the same.

Group pictures are usually taken at the beginning of the hike near the trailhead.

Hikes are typically scheduled on Saturday mornings.

Meeting location is always at the trailhead. The hike leader usually wears a red shirt and hat.
