Tiger's Taproom and Lake Merritt Run

We'll be visiting Tiger's Taproom in Jack London Square, and we will run to Lake Merritt -- either a 5k or a ~5 miler (your choice) -- and then return to Tiger's Taproom for drinks and food (food truck vendor to be announced later). Tiger's Taproom offers a great selection of beers on tap, beers in bottles/cans and kombucha.

Although the meeting time is at 6:30pm, we don't start the actual run until around 6:40pm. We will meet inside Tiger's Taproom, and (likely) if you have any personal belongings, we will have a spot inside the venue to drop it off.

Like several places in Oakland, there are car break-ins in the area, and so, please do not leave anything in your car to tempt the thieves. Tiger's Taproom is a half-mile from Lake Merritt BART, and there is usually free street parking around Tiger's Taproom. There is also a secured parking garage just a few blocks from the venue. There's plenty of bike parking. Tiger's is dog friendly.

Like all runs, we will do our best to prevent people from getting lost (verbal directions are often provided beforehand and/or QR code with directions is printed), and we are very flexible when it comes to pace and distance. All levels of running and drinking experience are welcome!
