Are you a midlife weekend warrior looking for a new challenge to keep you healthy and fit, both physically and mentally?? Whether you're considering your first obstacle course, like a Spartan or Tough Mudder, or perhaps you're a returning challenger, eager to dive back into the mud, our 10-week challenge program is crafted just for you!
What we'll cover:
Fitness Training: Tailored workouts to build the strength and endurance needed for obstacle courses.
Nutrition Guidance: Optimal eating strategies to fuel your training and race day performance.
Mindset Coaching: Mental preparation techniques to tackle challenges with confidence.
We are looking for about 5 – 8 people for this inaugural 10-week challenge. This is intended to be more than just a training program—it's a pilot initiative designed to inspire and transform. We're not just preparing you for an obstacle course; we're embarking on a journey to redefine what's possible for you. As a member of our pilot group, your insights and experiences are invaluable.
