Welcome to the OCD and Mental Health Community! 🌈

This group is dedicated to create a safe and welcoming space where you can connect with others who understand what you're going through.
It was designed to offer a community-centered approach, give people suffering from OCD a place to tell their stories and foster meaningful connections.

Personally, I know how difficult the journey with OCD can sometimes be and how much the community can help. Sometimes just to show you that you are not alone and not the only one going through this.

Mental health can be on a spectrum and human beings are complex, that's why I wish this group to be a place for everyone going through mental health challenges.

The goal is to advocate for mental health education and stigma reduction!

This group provides a supportive space for those coping with OCD and mental health challenges to connect. However, it's essential to remember that it is not a professional group or a formal peer support group. Our discussions do not replace therapy or professional advice. If you're in crisis, please seek help from a mental health professional or emergency services. By joining, you agree to engage respectfully and understand that experiences shared may vary.
