Free Group Meditation and Spiritual Talk

Come join us for a free weekly meditation and spiritual talk group where you will learn more about meditation and how to create your own practice. We will also have discussions before and after to explore metaphysical/spiritual topics. This will be a safe space to develop a deeper connection with your Self and others. We will meet every Sunday from 5:30-7:00. Feel free to bring a friend.
