Join us for a free guided mindfulness meditation class, where we will create a calm, welcome space to pause, breathe, and reconnect with the present moment.

Whether you're new to meditation or looking to deepen your practice, this session offers simple techniques to nurture inner peace and clarity. No experience needed!

This is a free class, open to all backgrounds.

We meet every Monday evening at 7 pm via Zoom. No pre-registration required.
