Ham radio night

The primary focus is on helping HAM noobs determine if they'd like to pursue licensing, and to help those who have decided to, to get their ticket. We're probably not going to turn this into full license-prep classes, unless the interest turns firmly in this direction.

Many Technicians have proven they can pass the test, but don't always understand the ins-and-outs of radio and their gear. We'll help everyone understand what the rules are, and why they are, and help them become comfortable with their gear.

As a group, OlyMEGA has access to many tools that are used too infrequently for everyone to justify buying. We'll be bringing in some of these tools, to show how they are used and to let participants use them for their gear and projects.
