This approach to Tai Chi focuses on centering, relaxation, imagery, and grounding practices as a way to develop power and a feeling of wholeness. We will begin with a standing meditation and Qi Gong and continue with the basic 24 - movement Yong style practice. All Levels are welcome. Wear loose comfortable clothing.
