Breathwork is an active meditation and breathing practice which allows you to use your breath as medicine. Utilizing the energy from the moon, and this somatic energy work, you can help clear emotions and blockages, and allow your life force to move through your body in a healthy, organic way again. This conscious connected breathing practice calls to anyone willing to go deeper within, meet your shadows, and rise up to do the work. Breathwork connects you to your heart space to access living from a place of pure love and acceptance, and to get in touch with your most authentic self.

Wear comfortable clothes, bring water, yoga mat, optional to have lip balm, a journal, and eye pillow if it calls to you. Can bring your own blanket- some are available on site.
