The INSTORE HEALING CIRCLE will be run every Saturday from 9 -10 am at open doors. $10 donation.
No Pre-registration required. Please arrive a few minutes early.
Matthew Thomson will be holding this space. Certifications in breathwork facilitation. Somatic coachingand sound healing.
This circle is dedicated to bringing together individuals who are seeking connection and meaning, as well as those who have faced challenging life experiences. This space will feature meditations, sound healing and tarot. It’s a place where you can be seen, heard and supported.
Together, we explore methods to deepen our healing, ease our suffering, and discover meaning
in both challenges and joys.
