Through dance we learn to listen to ourselves, physically, emotionally, mindfully and soulfully. It is called a movement meditation as we bring our attention back to the body over and over again.
We explore moving towards freedom, whatever that might mean for us, it can be quite intimate and personal, or wild and expansive.
We're practicing flexibility of our whole selves, emotionally and soulfully as well as physically and mindfully. We start with a warm-up, and there's a clear beginning, middle and end, starting gently, building to wild energetic peaks and settling at the end.
