Sunday yoga in the park! Come practice yoga with Autumn this week in this fantastic family park. Plenty of space and shade. All levels are welcome for a vinyasa style yoga flow.
Autumn is a 200hr certified yoga instructor with over five years of experience in a variety of settings with diverse student populations.
Her classes combine breath and movement at a slow pace in order to promote proper alignment, awareness of body and to allow her students to fully immerse themselves in their personal practices.
She is currently pursuing her continue education to become a certified yoga therapist through Loyola Marymount University.

Bring a mat, towel for over eyes for Savasana, and water. It is helpful to bring a larger towel or picnic blanket to put under you mat, allowing you more space to spread out :)
