Christmas in the Park
Details
Christmas in Winter Park is launched by an evening of beautiful music and lighted Tiffany leaded-glass windows. The concert and lighted windows are presented by the Bach Festival Choir and Brass Ensemble and the Morse Museum.
This is a free outdoor event. Meetup time is at 6:30pm outside the Winter Park Train Station entrance. At about 6:45pm, the group will relocate to Central Park to enjoy the music and festivities. This year, two additions to the holiday sights and sounds are a "cathedral of lights" and a carousel.
Bring a chair or blanket to sit on.
Free street parking is available on Park Avenue and the surrounding area. Including the Winter Park Train Station parking lot. The 1st, 4th, 5th levels of the parking garage located behind Panera Bread are also free. The entrance is on W. Canton Avenue (to the right of Panera Bread). There is also a Rollins College Truist parking garage located close by.
Should there be interest within the group, after the concert we can then head over to AJ Chocolate House to enjoy a cup of delicious hot chocolate, coffee drink or alternative beverage available from their menu.
