This group provides organized FREE coached group workouts for running, swimming, Aquathlon, and Triathlon.
Come join a weekly workout to train for swimming and running.
All levels welcome, great if you are training for your first triathlon or for World Championships.
For beginners - The initial 20 minutes of each workout are specifically about tips and help for training for beginners
