This group is about having fun while helping others. Doing good deeds makes you happy so join us by getting involved in service projects that change lives while getting to know people in your community. Giving back to your community through volunteer work feels great and helps your community. This group, sponsored by Kiwanis, is all about having fun while making the world a better place. Some volunteer activities require membership in Kiwanis and others will be open to all.

Volunteers are needed for the 51st Annual AHC Holiday Party and Field Trip event. AHC (Autistic Handicapped Children) of Central Florida is a non profit 501 (c) 3 organization that arranges an annual Holiday Season Party each year for children with autism and varied physical and cognitive abilities.
The Party Features guided pony rides, supervised boat rides, hay rides, bounce houses, games, DJ with music, cookie decorating, face painting, theme park characters, lunch and a present from Santa, at no cost to the attendees.
Volunteer shifts vary, starting the day before Weds. 12/04 for prep, and going through the end of the event on Thurs. 12/05.

Come join the fun and help hungry neighbors at the same time as we sort and pack food for the needy of Central Florida. We will meet promptly at 1:00 for a short training and then get to work!
Be sure to wear closed toed shoes. Please ONLY sign up if you intend to come, as the food bank will count on us being there to help with this important work! There is plenty of free parking. Bring your kids or grandkids over the age of 10 if you wish! Guests must register as well!
*Age Requirement: Our minimum age requirement is 10 years of age. Children between the ages of 10-15 must be accompanied by an adult, 18 years of age or older. We require a minimum of 1 chaperone per 5 children.
*Lockers: Volunteers should be advised that there is a limited number of lockers for personal belongings. Where possible, please leave valuable items at home!!!!
