Sunday Long Runs

Come out for a long run Sunday mornings on Park Avenue at Welbourne in front of Williams-Sonoma (142 S Park Ave).

Meet time is 7:00 and we will start the run at 7:05.

Options for distance are 6, 7, or 10 miles. Paces range from 8:00 - 10:00 per mile.

Due to the longer distances involved, this run is for experienced runners. All other group runs are open to runners of all levels and paces.

Our weekly runs are open to both members and non-members!
