The number of no shows for my Sunday events is increasing and there are people on the waitlist who would like to attend. Repeat offenders will now be removed from the event when they sign up. If you sign up for an event and your plans change, please remove you name from the event at least 24 hour before the event starts to allow ample notification to those on the waitlist. Thank you.

It's been a few years since I hiked on the Nordic Ski trails off P3, so not sure of the exact distance. The trails do have some pitches to them but for the most part they are flat. The pace will be between 5.5 - 6.0 km/hr.

We will meet in the P3 parking lot. Please arrive by 9:55 we leave at 10:00 a.m. sharp.

This is a no guest, no kids, no pets event.
