- Ordering up your partner means you must go alone against the other team.
- Stick the dealer - the dealer must choose a trump suit if everyone else has passed.
- No ace, no face, no trump - if the five cards in your hand contain no ace, no face cards (Jack, Queen, King) and no trump suit, you can throw in your hand to declare a re-deal.
- A card laid down is a card played.
- A renege by an opponent has to be the max points that the non-reneging player could have won.
- Bower turned up; if you have no other trump in your hand, you can pick it up.
- Will play four-hand euchre for a game of eight points.
Intermediate level of Euchre? Not to worry, this is not a competitive group. We have no prizes, no trophies, and we play for the love of the game.
