Join us every morning at 7:30 AM EST for a peaceful, one-hour online meditation session, hosted Online, out of Ottawa, Ontario. Our group meets virtually to start the day with mindfulness and tranquility. Whether you’re a seasoned meditator or just beginning, all are welcome.

As a lay practitioner of Theravada Buddhism, inspired by time with monastics of the Ajahn Chah lineage, I aim to hold space for deepened concentration and kindness.
