What we’re about

Do you want to learn how to partner dance to popular music and meet new friends along the way? Try West Coast Swing! The Rideau Swing Collective hosts bi-weely lessons and social dances that are beginner-friendly and inclusive!

West Coast Swing is a de-gendered dance so anyone can lead and anyone can follow - it's all about just connecting with each other and with the music! No partner or experience required.

The Bridge Public House, Ottawa, ON
Come learn how to partner dance to popular music! No partner or experience required. We have a flat rate of $15 for the night, or $10 with a student ID. If you'd like to have dinner first at The Bridge, show your receipt to get in for just $5.

7:45pm - Intro lesson - Targeted at brand new dancers!
8:30pm - Social dance - Enjoy a DJ-ed dance party until 11:30pm!

Location - The Bridge Public House, 1 Donald Street

Free parking on-site or on nearby side streets. Wear comfortable indoor shoes and any outfit that makes you feel like dancing! Cash and card accepted.
