Ottawa Yoga and Social Club

We will be at the Jack Purcel Communityty Centre, room 201.

All you need to bring is a yoga mat or towel, if you would like to use one. We will start off the session with a brief meet and greet, followed by a standard yoga session that will last about 50 minutes.

After the session, we will have a social event at McLaren’s pool/billiards bar. You are encouraged to join us there for pool. Inexperienced players are more than welcome! (We can show you how to play 🙂)
