Our Safe Space is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that empowers feminine energy in any form, fostering growth and resilience by providing a positive space where everyone can thrive through self-discovery and community.
This nonprofit and is founded and led by Gayla Gongwer, a seasoned educator, trainer, and facilitator, who brings decades of experience and energy to her work. Born in Kentucky, she earned her degree in social psychology from Illinois State University before venturing west of the Mississippi in 1979 – and has gratefully avoided living in winter ever since.
Currently, Gayla is dedicated to growing her lifelong dream, "Our Safe Space," a nonprofit organization committed to helping everyone live the life of their dreams. Whatever that dream might be.
With a passion for community engagement, she currently volunteers weekly at Friends of the Library and serves on the Board & Marketing Committee. Gayla's love for literature extends beyond her volunteer work; she belongs to so many book clubs that she needs to track them on a spreadsheet.
Driven by her commitment to creating positive change and fostering inclusivity, Gayla invites you to join her in making a difference through "Our Safe Space" and beyond.
The first of many ONLINE workshops in our Healer’s Habitat Series!
Dayva Ricci is a Certified Emotion Code Practitioner with the unique ability to identify and release old negative emotions that are causing blockages in your life!
She doesn’t have to be in the same room, state, or country as you – yet the healing is Real. Measurable. Transformative. Not only can she heal you, but also your children and your pets!
Dayva discovered "The Emotion Code" when struggling with severe health issues. The process changed her life - and her family. It is now her life work to demonstrate and share this healing modality with others.
During our workshop, she will explain the process and concepts of "The Emotion Code," along with giving a demonstration of healing with attendees who volunteer.

- Create New Habits - and create your best life!Murphy-Wilmot Library, Tucson, AZ
No, not all habits are bad!
You can create new habits - ones that you get to pick - any time you want. You'll be amazed at the changes a few teeny steps can make.
And will power has nothing to do with it!
You already know how powerful habits can be. Just think about random unhealthy habits you might have picked up along the way - and how that played out. 🫢
Imagine what you could do if you picked up some habits you enjoy instead! #Magic.
If you'd like to read about the idea beforehand, there are lots of books and articles, like "Atomic Habits" by James Clear. But you don't have to work so hard - there is no homework.
Let's create our best lives together.
With habits in our best interests!=======
Because you can do this thing.
You can do anything.
And we got you.
All the time.
Every time. You can create your best life.
You can do what you want.
You can be what you want.
You can go where you want.Being with friends in a safe space makes it all the better. This FREE event is being presented by "Our Safe Space," Tucson's newest 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to empowering those who identify with feminine energy.
PLEASE RSVP! Space is limited, but you're welcome to bring a friend.
