Join me to watch the film, "Small Things Like These" based on book by Clare Keegan. Set in Ireland, 1985 the main character ( Cillian Murphy) works long hours as a coal merchant to support his family. On one regular delivery to the local convent he makes a discovery that forces him to confront both his past and the complicit silence of a small town controlled by the Catholic church.

Doors open at 6.30 so we can meet from 6.30-7.00 in the foyer for a drink/ chat before we enter cinema at 7pm. Adverts usually last 15-20 mins and the film is 1hr 38 mins. There is another event at the Centre starting at 7.30 so the foyer may become busy, but l will try to grab a table for us.
l have reserved seats E9 and E10. If you also book your tickets in advance then please post your seat number in the comments.
