Meet at: Brook Nature Park, 452 N. Main Street, St George UT
Easy (50%) Moderate (50%). Slow/moderate pace
Class 1 & 2 -- 3 miles, 560 feet elevation gain

Come to this “urban hike” in the center of St George. Half the elevation gain is done in the first 15/20 minutes, where some “huffing and puffing” will take place. The rest of the hike has easy ups and downs. We will stop to enjoy the cityscapes: downtown St George, the old airport mesa, Elks Club (including the historic marker for the quarry), Pioneer Park and others. This short hike gives you a good workout and leaves plenty of time afterwards to run errands. **Guests are welcome**, provided that they are signed in as a "guest” and that a completed signed **[OHCOSU Waiver](https://ohcosu.com/public_files/waiver.htm)** is handed to the leader prior to the start of the hike.
