***NOTE THE TIME CHANGE!!***

This is one of our favorite exercise walks. We will be walking around two scenic lakes and a well maintained athletic area. We will also walk the paved path through the natural area called Pond Hawk.

This will be a moderate paced exercise walk on a paved shared-use path.

We will meet at 6:00 PM and walk at 6:15 PM.

You can turn back at any time, making it as long or short as you like. We'll walk and talk as we go and next thing you know it will be over.

Please bring water to participate and wear appropriate clothing. It will be hot.

Directions:

By I-95 (Northbound) take exit 45 to Glades Rd. Turn left onto Airport Rd. Turn right onto NW 40th St/Spanish River Blvd. The library is on the right. If you pass Military Tr, you went too far.
