Struggle with nutrition? What does the word "nutrition" mean to you?

Join me, a license Nutritionist with a Masters in Nutrition and Human Performance for a free seminar! September 25th, at 6pm!

We will be going through the foundations of nutrition, trends, diets, and much more! The last 30 minutes will be reserved for questions from the group!

The seminar will be hosted online via Google Meet & will be roughly 1:30 - 2hrs depending on the amount of questions!

You can expect a friendly, fun, and judgement free group looking to learn more about one of the great joys of life....FOOD!
