Exploring Washington Lake Park at a quick moderate pace to work off pies!

Details

We will explore Washington Lake park on some paved and some unpaved trails for about 5 miles give or take. This will be a 20-22 minute quick moderate pace. We will pause for 5 minutes after mile 1 for any clothing adjustments. Suggest hiking boots or hiking shoes/sneakers as there COULD be some wet areas.

Since this is a quick moderate pace, to be fair to the group, ALL hikers MUST be able to keep this pace for the entire hike and hike WITH the group.

The park is very well maintained and marked. There is some wildlife and plants that are always interesting to see. This is one of my favorite go to places to walk and explore.

We will meet in Parking Lot E which is right next to the Amphitheater. There are portapotties at parking lot and at various places along the way. I drive a black Honda Pilot and have a long blonde braid. I will have my cell phone available 856 366 7279.

I do like to leave on time. Please aim to arrive at 845am to sign in, listen to a brief safety talk, then we will be on our way.
