Milford Millponds Nature Preserve and Abbotts Mill have a combined 6.5 miles of lightly trafficked trails located near Milford, Delaware that features a lake and is good for all skill levels. The trails are primarily used for hiking, walking, trail running and nature trips.

We will hike Milford Mill Ponds 3.2 miles first. After that, then its off to Abbott's Mill which is just down the road, 1 mile drive, and has several miles of trails. *Hiking Abbott's Mill is optional*.

We will meet at the parking area at 8187 Abbotts Pond Road at 10:00 am promptly. GPS: 38.889418, -75.487876. For the exact location, copy the GPS coordinates into a google search bar. The hike is about 6.5 miles in total length and should take about 3 1/2 hours to complete both areas.

This is a no hurry hike so we can enjoy it and we will hike both places as a group. Short breaks will be taken as needed and you might want to bring a snack. Carpool if you can please.

Donations are accepted to offset the cost of the Meetup fees. Everyone who attends the hike must be a member of Outdoor Destinations. No Guests Please.
